Comprised of experienced therapists, clinicians, and support staff, we work collaboratively to create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive. President & Director
Dr. Prabha B.Ed, B.S, M.S, Ph.D
Dr. P is the President and Clinical Director of Aim Pediatric Therapy. Dr. P possesses a unique combination of skills and knowledge. Completing her Ph.D. in genetics and further advancing her skills in Behavioural Modification, Dr. P takes a “nature & nurture” approach to treatment. Over the last decade, she has worked with children, youth and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Developmental Disorders, intellectual/developmental disabilities, behaviour disorders, and learning disabilities. Dr. P has worked in both government funded and private practice settings, and her past consultation experience includes a wide variety of settings, including home and clinic based ABA programs and schools settings.

Clinical Supervisor & Assistant Director
Sara P. Tewari B.S, M.S, BCBA, RBA, Ph.D (Cand.)
Sara is a Registered Behaviour Analyst with over ten years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism intervention. Sara's interest in Psychology emerged during her undergraduate years at the University of Toronto. During her academic career, Sara worked and volunteered with several organizations including Autism Ontario. Sara went on to pursue her Masters in Science with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) during which she was invited for membership in Psy Chi International Honour Society for Academic Excellence. Sara is currently pursuing her doctorate in ABA at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Sara oversees all client therapy at Aim, ensuring all clients achieve their therapy objectives and that treatment is optimized for clients and their families. Sara is a member of ONTABA. Early intervention and Intensive Behaviour Intervention (IBI) are Sara's primary areas of interest.

Consultant Clinical Supervisor
Christie Kling M.ADS., BCBA, RBA
Christie Kling is a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) with ten years of experience working with children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Christie began her career studying psychology at McMaster University and specializing in Applied Behaviour Analysis during her graduate degree in Disability Studies at Brock University. Christie spent several years practicing Intensive Behaviour Intervention (IBI) at several agencies including the Geneva Centre for Autism. Christie completed the provincial training for Instructor Therapists with the Toronto Program for Autism Services (TPAS) and has been working with the Hamilton Wentworth District School Board for the past three years. Bridging the learning gap and preparing children with Autism Spectrum Disorder to learn successfully at school is Christie's primary area of interest.

Samantha Luchin M.S.
Samantha has worked in the field of ABA (applied behaviour analysis) for ten years. She completed her undergraduate degree in psychology at the University of Toronto and a master's degree in mental health counselling from the University of Massachusetts Boston Campus. She also holds a graduate certificate in applied behaviour analysis from Arizona State University. Samantha has experience providing IBI and ABA services to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders in-home as well as in centre. Her responsibilities involve completing assessments, program development, and overseeing program implementation. In addition, Samantha ensures that our therapeutic services meet high standards of care through rigorous quality control measures. She also develops and implements training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of therapists, promoting best practices and continuous improvement within Aim.

Aima Zaidi M.Ed, BCBA, RBA
Aima has experience working in the field of ABA for over nine years. She completed her undergraduate degree in psychology and Masters of education in developmental psychology at the University of Toronto. Aima developed a passion for improving the lives of children with exceptional needs through her direct work with clients. After completing her graduate studies, she pursued a post graduate certification in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Arizona State University. Currently, Aima is working towards her certification. As a Senior Therapist, Aima’s responsibilities include conducting skills assessments, program development and skills training.

Amna Mirza M.ADS.
Amna is a Senior Therapist that has four years of experience in the field of ABA. She completed her Masters of Applied Disability Studies degree in 2021 specializing in ABA from Brock University. She completed her undergraduate degree in psychology at the University of Guelph-Humber in 2018. She has worked with children and youth with autism in-centre and online. Along with her role as an ST, she also provides Intensive Behaviour Intervention (IBI) to the clients at Aim. Her interests consist of helping children with ASD lead an independent routine at school, home or out in the community.

Shevanie Pundit M.S
Shevanie is a Senior Therapist who has been working in the field of ABA for the last five years. She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at York University and a Masters in Psychology with a specialization in ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis). In addition to this, Shevanie is a member of Psi Chi International Honor Society. Shevanie currently provides Intensive Behaviour Intervention (IBI) to her clients; her services span the spectrum, she offers in centre therapy, as well as in home, teletherapy and community-based therapy. As a senior therapist, Shevanie creates group programs to facilitate the development and maintenance of social and life skills; she also creates individualized programs and interventions based on client-specific needs and strengths.

Navjoyt Hayer M.A
Navjoyt has over six years of experience in the field of ABA, providing both in-centre and in-home IBI and ABA therapy services. She holds an undergraduate degree in Children's Studies from York University, a graduate certificate in Autism and Behavioral Science from Algonquin College, and a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. As a senior therapist, Navjoyt conducts comprehensive client assessments, gathers data, observes behaviors, and collaborates with families to identify specific needs and goals. She develops individualized behavior intervention plans and offers ongoing support to clients and their families, helping them implement ABA strategies at home.

Richa Mistry BA
Richa Mistry is a Lead Behaviour Therapist with seven years of experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). She is currently pursuing a master's of education degree from the University of Cincinnati in ABA, after receiving a Bachelor's of Psychology degree from the University of Mumbai and Post Graduate Certificate in Addictions and Mental Health from Durham College. She is deeply committed to the field and has worked extensively with individuals across various settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to support meaningful skill development and enhance their quality of life. Through her expertise, Richa has helped clients achieve greater independence, improve communication skills, and develop essential daily living and social skills, fostering lasting positive change. In her role, Richa is passionate about mentorship and professional development. She strives to equip therapists with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the field of ABA, ensuring high-quality support for clients and their families.

Lena Forte BA
Lena Forte is an experienced Lead Behaviour Therapist with over six years of expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Carleton University and a diploma in Early Childhood Education from Humber College. Lena specializes in implementing individualized treatment plans that support each child’s unique needs. She integrates naturalistic teaching strategies with evidence-based interventions, such as Discrete Trial Training (DTT), to promote meaningful skill development and lasting progress. Lena is committed to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and supportive learning environment that empowers both clients and team members to succeed.

Lead Behaviour Therapist & Administrative Assistant
Tia Honeygell Hons. BA
Tia has over three years of experience in the field of ABA and holds a Behavioural Sciences diploma from Seneca College, as well as an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from York University. At AIM, she is dedicated to supporting each child's development and progress through evidence-based strategies, implementing individualized programming and skill acquisition. As a Lead Therapist, Tia plays a key role in guiding therapy sessions and mentoring junior therapists to ensure consistency in client progress. She also contributes to our group programs, helping design and facilitate structured activities that promote social skills, communication, and independence in a group setting. In addition to her responsibilities as a Lead Therapist, Tia serves as an Administrative Assistant, managing client registrations, parent communication, scheduling, social media, marketing/design and other administrative tasks. Her goal is to provide comprehensive support and guidance to both clients, their families and new professionals in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
